Usually with base plates bolted to the slab, but whether the slab is suitable is for your building's management and engineer to confirm. We plan the layout around their guidance and the deck's existing finish.

What should our management office send to begin?

Photos of the deck or garden, a rough size, expected users, the current surface, any shade and your timeline. With that we prepare a station list and layout proposal for your committee.

What are the prices?
